The hotel's amenities, spacious rooms, large pool, and areas for games like playing cards, pool table, volley ball, basketball, and football impressed me.Additionally, the meal is excellent, and the servers were pleasant.A calm setting for unwinding and enjoying Your self .

Although the hotel is in an excellent location, its beach is not very good.

In need of renovation

A hotel with nice layout. You can see very well the low/high tide difference and it is beautiful. Nice and big pool. The staff at the restaurant - always smiling, made you feel also happy.

Food. Actually, the lack of it. They have very few options at the buffet and they are not very good. You can try the a la carte menu, but also not enough nor good. And it’s not because it’s Africa and you can’t have high expectations regarding the food, because I’ve been to Afeica before and it was not the case. So I would defenitely change something about that. The rooms could have bean cleaner, especially the bathroom. Also, the wc lid is so old that is yellow (used to be white). Overall, the hotel really needs renovation. I think it has very much potential, but it needs a change.

The staff are absolutely amazing! All smiles, very friendly and did everything to make our stay comfortable. Ramadhan was particularly excellent. He had the Chef make us something close to a n meal. It was a fabulous time spent at Azao resort.

Very kind and helpfull staff, they always ask you if everything is ok. Good food and fresh fruits . Clean pool, and the man who is looking after the pool is very nice. If you leave your belongings and it is about raining he will put things underneath umbrella. Our room was clean , and housekeepers changed our towels very often. Managers are very professional and they always observe restaurant or other areas giving the best you can get. Oviedo7

New owners just taking over, so I expect there will be lots of improvements made. The pool was great , perfect temperature. Most staff very obliging and friendly.
